Europeans and Americans tend to think that Asian all look the same. During World War II, some American soldiers were fighting against Japan in the war zone in China. They published a pocket guide for helping American soldiers to spot Japanese. This booklet has 75 pages where cartoonist Milton Caniff illustrated the differences between Chinese and Japanese by means of humorous method. This pocket guide was only printed once, in 1942.
